Soooo, I just figured I'd ask--who else here is absolutely supremely excited to see the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie? Come on, admit it if you love Johhny Depp/Captain Jack Sparrow! I cannot wait to see it! It's the one movie I'll pay to go see this summer--I already have my tickets to see it on Friday, and I need to shop for an outfit that'll be perfect to wear to it! (Yes, I'm treating it as if it's a date with Johhny!!)

I'm tickled to death, I've wanted to be a pirate since I could walk. For the last month I've been rounding up a crew to dress in our best piratey gear and go to the midnight premiere in my town.

I've seen it...and I will give a little spoiler.....they now have a romantic conquest for Cpt. Jack now. there is a scene where jack almost kisses this one woman and it's fucking HOTT! I wanted to attack the screen... Mmmm.... lucky lips!

omg, and when thet actually kiss....mmmm, and the look on his face....(swoons) god it was hot...and even though my friend and i loved it, we were so ticked with what she did afterward, the darn bugger!

and i lurrrved the movie, sure, it was slow at the beginning, the plot was a bit thin, but i still luurrrvved it. it was fun dammit! i don't need philosophy when watching pirates of the caribbean, i need captian jack sparrow being smexy!

ps--one of my favorite parts was when will was on the stick and sparrow was talking to the cannibals--"piggy piggy" "snippy snippy, eunuchy" hee hee, and when the compass kept pointing in his direction when elizabeth was holding it ^_~

Well, I'm not treating it like that, but yes, I'm really looking forward to see it! Although I was surprised about the 'scaryesness' in the first movie (all the bones of the 'bad' pirates...iiieeeuuwww!

Oh gee...I shoulda done that... Didn't even think about it..but I did wear my hand made jack sparow necklace in honor of the ocasion. Both my boyfriend and I are Cpt.Sparrow-core... we even have a tapistry of him in our livingroom!

This is the exact throw blanket I got @ hot topic on sale, as I am sure this person did as well.... they seem to have marked the price up by about 8 dollars from what the sale price was,...but this is the the one I have up on my wall... The mark up is probably due to the fact that it's a hot item now, and out of production. I got mine a little over two years ago. Lucky ppl...i wanted to watch the movie so badly...i watch the first part of the movie but not the rest...i was so dissapointed...i was torn by it...

Really liked the movie. Did't like the part where you see a bird picking out an eye of a person :yum: , but the rest was great!
