To tune out is to kinda ignore a person, kinda like on peanuts when Charlie Brown talks to the teacher and you just hear "wa wa wa wa wa"

Oh, the sig is becuase I tend to be a space cadet most of the time. I'll forget about the sutff around me when I get a new book or play a video game I like. But in school I'd end up just spacing out and my teacher would have conversation with me and get mad when I never answered. :D It's kinda one of my bad habits.
