View Full Version : OMGAH! Bread! :o

So ^-^ I was browsing the internet and I found this site with a bunch of people who are obsessive about making bread :D!

So this is my first loaf =^o^= ::

I made it following this recipe:

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/8 cup water


I threw some sesame seeds, oregano, pepper, and basil on top for decoration. So the crust came out particularly crispy, possibly too crispy xD! The inside came out alright ^^. I'm sure the next batch I make will turn out better ^-^; I'll make it alittle more complex xP!

Home made bread is the best! Only trouble is, the few times I've had it, we've finished off the whole thing the moment it's finished!!!!

Did it have benching times, like 2 of them so it rises, cause there's yeast in there?

I love homemade cread, I've been meaning to make some for ages now. We have an awesome book with about 200 different recipes in it.

Whenever I make bread I pretty much eat the whole thing myself. I'll make it, tell my family that the bread is ready and they'll come in later and ask "where?". I just look sheepish and point at the crumbs.
