Some people get Pullips and Blythes and just keep them in their boxes, but I have two Pullips and they're both out of the box, have traveled around the state, been dressed up, and dropped on their heads a few times! There wouldn't be any fun to them as dolls if you couldn't play with them! Pullip hair is not the best for playing however (it gets tangled and messy easily), unless you get one with a mohair wig or you can rewig with a higher quality wig. Pullips fit in Barbie clothing which makes finding cute outfits for them (if you can't sew) pretty easy. If you travel with them you must prevent against the dreaded face melt! If their limbs touch their faces under extreme temperatures, they will melt together! If you wrap them like little mummies in fabric, they travel very well though and I have never had a problem. I've heard all the horror stories about people playing to harshly with their Pullips: necks snapping and what not, but really I've never had much of a problem with my girls! :D

Pullips are great dressup dolls, they fit barbie clothes and are realy cute! Theyre also not as delicate as BJDs. I highly reccomend them!

Pullips are loads cheaper then BJDs. BJDs are usually around $300-$400 for a mini. Pullips are usualy around $80. I have both, and love them equally.

Valley of the dolls is located in California, that's where I got my girl. There customer service is great. My girl came with a snapped arm, they sent me a new one straight away.

Both my girls came from Pullip Style (http://www.pullipstyle.com). I've never had a problem ordering from them and both my girls came very quickly. They have the largest selection of them for sale that I have seen anywhere and get the new ones that come out every month.

Cornice, and Raphine. I'm hoping i can get them! which are your dolls?

I want the meowmin doll but I don't remember if it was a pullip or blythe...
x_x What's the best online store for them? I wonder if Ebay is over priced... Sometime ebay sellers charge way more.

i would check the sites. get a good view of how much they are, then go on ebay, and see if you can find them for less.
http://www.thevalleyofthedolls.com/home.php this is a good site.

I'm asking my mom to get me Cornice, and Raphia, the couple pack for 175. Which I don't think is bad, if most are 80 each. wait...wouldn't it be cheaper to get them each alone? hmm...

im having a really hard time choosing between the hello kitty doll, aquel and shinku(but by the time i can get one they will probably be sold out :( )either way im still getting one for xmas. i must check out the ones you mentioned too(i wish you could pick which 2 dolls were in the couple). oh yeah i think couples are a bit cheaper cause while some are 80 others are 100+.

I recall the name Aquel, but i don't remember the face. I think it would be cheaper to get them separate, since they're 60, and 80+80=160.

Before I say something, I should say if you got them seperate, it would be 160 and with shipping it could be equal to the value to the couple pack. I thought that would be a little helpful.
Anyway.... Valley of the Dolls is a really good choice and the best for pullips, I must say, but I'm not sure about how long it takes for the order to get to you're home or how much shipping is on their.

Pullips are one of the greatest dolls out there. The outfits are so incredibly detailed and beautiful, and if you have a job or very generous parents, they won't break your bank!
My first two Pullips were minis, Swan and Fanatica. When I came into some money I bought myself a full sized Cornice. She's beautiful! Take her out of that box, she can't breathe in there!!!

No, I believe that they are plastic. Mine have been very hardy so far.
