I made them with: printer paper, a glue gun, a glue stick, toilet paper :o, and nailpolish!

wow! those look great! XD don't feel lame! the busiest street in toronto ontario is being shut down and turned into diagon alley(last night...i didn't go...full of kids no doubt >.>) ha ha. those wands are so shiny and cute ^^ would've never guessed they were paper!
