I always forget how long it takes to get new items onto the site. Today I set out on a marathon update but didn't quite get it all finished. Any way, I do have a new Classic item added to the Candy Violet catalog. Please welcome our Classic Princess Skirt!

Here's the set in cream worn over a Cherry Pop shirt with classic collar!

I love the longer length Lolita skirts, and hope the new princess length takes off so we can offer more long skirts.
For me they are perfect for special occasions because they look so elegant with a hoop petticoat (coming soon as part of the update marathon) but can work for everyday wear with a soft petticoat (plus you don't see as many long skirts about, and it;s always nice to try something different).
I also hope they will be good for our taller Lolita friends out there who find most skirts a bit on the short side. (they aren't quite as long as they look on me, I'm just a really short girl, 5'0" baby!)
So what do you say, ready to be a princess?
