Most refreshing drink?

I personaly belive that sparkling water is the most refreshing drink there is, and my husband thinks I'm crazy for it.

What do you guys think hit's the spot best?

P.S I drink tea all day, though I don't know it's a thirst quencher.

Today I had the greatest shake: banana, ice, skim milk, no-fat yogurt, and no fat chocolate syrup. It was heaven. And I felt good drinking it because I knew it wasn't so bad!

Sparkling water is definitely refreshing, but there's this juice bar called Surf City Squeeze that makes the most amazing strawberry-lemonade thingy, blended with ice... OMIGOSH! So good!

i like sparkling water too, and I particularly like it mixed with a bit of trader joes "heart of darkness" passionfruit juice...yum!

I also love japanese plum drinks, sparkling or not.

Also jasmine tea, lime ade, and soy milk with matcha tea.

Oh, and also a good ol gin &tonic.

Bawls is a caffiene guarana drink, sort of juicy and sparkling. And yes, the drink of game addicts ( my husband got me hooked, guess where he learned about it from!) but it's actually pretty tasty. I think it makes me more alert than really hyped though; in moderation ;)

My alcoholic beverage of choice last night was smirnoff ice and stella beer mixed- a very alcoholic shandy if you will.

It's at times like today however that I question my alcohol needs and whether i actually like to drink... I do, but i dont like the after-effects!

My favorite drink at the pub was either sour lemon mixer on it's own, or tonic water and orange juice, (I got some funny looks ordering those though).

For looking flash and drinking happy, I recommend tonic water under black lights, it glows the most amazing turquoise!

I normally settle for some Crown with Coke (gives me a steady buzz). And having an Irishman for a boyfriend, our apartment's always stocked with Guinness Stout or Killian's Irish Red beer. The latter beer has a weird, bitter aftertaste tho. I also love schnapps, preferably sour apple, peppermint, or chocolate-flavored.

Ceasar's is also a tasty drink, in my opinion. The massive amounts of Tobasco sauce in it clears my sinuses like no other!

I don't much like vodka, tho. I once took a huge swig from a 40 oz-er of Smirnoff, and I was stuck, trying to pull myself out from a squatting position, cuz dayamn son, that shit burns!

The best way to drink crown and coke is to light it (it needs to be in a rum glass, though) and blow it out quickly as possible. The fire burns off crown's weird taste, so that all you can taste is the coke. But the nifty thing is, is that you still get the same buzz from it.

Never tried that one before. I was impressed with rootbeer barrels when I first saw that! Come to think of it, I can't drink those now either. Despite being mostly Irish, I suppose it's not in my blood to handle a drink or 12 too well.

Crown Royal is a whiskey (canadian I think) comes in a purple bag with Gold threading. I personally prefer a good scotch over Crown.

Vodka only burns if you buy the cheap stuff, get a nice vodka put it in the freezer for a while and you can drink it straight, or on ice, or as a very nice crisp mixer :)

Spent way too long around booze to drink cheap crap anymore :D

Ah bawls is cool. I love the bottle, so pretty, in fact I am keeping one. :) Lemonade is refreshing so is ice tea. As far as alcohol is concerned I always find a Pinacolada enjoyable and satisfying. Ah yes a cold smirnoff ice is good too.

Dude, if you were to drink Bawls or Red Bull back-to-back (like three cans/bottles I believe) you'll get one helluva sugar rush that everything around you will seem significantly slower. It's fricken' nifty. That is, if the sugar doesn't kill ya =P!

I did a lot of it during my exams and thesis writing and at the end i couldnt stop shaking, went to bed and slept for 24 hours straight!
