now that it's summer, i feel like there's not much on tv. usually i end up watching a whole season of a show via box sets(i love to sit and crochet or play animal crossing while i watch, i'm good at multitasking). i have seasons 1 and 2 of dead like me, but i'm sure i'll finish them quickly. does anyone have any suggestions?

You sound like me! TV in front, game/project in hand.
I really liked Deadwood if you haven't seen that? It's pretty grizzly in parts, but I thought it was cool?

"Revalations" is a good miniseries that was on NBC. even if you don't really believe it, it is very dramatic and riveting.
also, "That '70s Show"! me and my mom love it.

it's so much easier to work on something when you have the tv to entertain!
i think i may get deadwood. some one else told me i would like it, so i think i'll give it a go.

hooray for LOST XD!
Well, it's not out on dvd yet but Heroes is really good. If you like monster-of-the-week type deal, the first season of Supernatural is out. Arrested Development is good for comedy and all 3 seasons are out [I haven't watched the 3rd season but I'll bet it's as good as the rest!]. And, I recommend to everyone, Firefly <3 <3 <3 Firefly x1000000!! Plus at the end you get to finish it up with Serenity!

Oh yeah, Firefly was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are some great ones from the Uk you could try? Father Ted is out for American DVD Players, and is one of the funniest things ever made.

Definitely check out Firefly, Linsee!
That's so cool that you watch the same shows as me! Did you also think that all the season finales were super sad across the board [exception being Supernatural, which was sad but happy too]?? T____T I also watched Ugly Betty this season and the finale was so sad... >.<!

heroes was bland for me, and those who "died" at the end aren't dead...they've all signed on to next season.
LOST was fantastic. it was really sad though, i don't want to know that that is how things turned out. i was in awe after the episode ended.
i love supernatural. it's cheesy at times, but i still really like it. the finale was pretty good, it will be interesting to see where they go with it.

I keep missing the new Scrubs episodes, so I usually just try to catch the reruns on Comedy Central or watch 'em on dvd :nerd: :)
