i watched it last night

and its different from the books

i'll tell you this
they wont be making a third death note movie

Light dies
ryuk kills him

and L dies after Light

they make you think that L dies
then he comes back then you get to watch light die


then at the end L dies :(
he dies because he puts his own name in the death note

its shocking
because L wins

and in the book he loses to light

its still worth seeing though
b/c its really shocking

Eh. xD I don't like the movies too much.

Especially because of Raito. The actor wanted to change the script of the orginal peice , and scenes were added because of him that were unnesscary.
The actor is a is in a soap oprea , I think he wanted make thing more emotional then they should have been.
I'll just stick to the anime and manga. Though, I did really enjoy watching L. xD I felt he was really well played, and Matsuda was really cute. :3

I actually kind of liked the movies. XD; Movie!L was so cute, gah. And that ending scene with Watari's picture killed me...

But the manga's still so much better. ^^

I've only seen the anime and not even all of it... I'e been trying to get the manga from the library but there are so many holds... I'll see the movies once Im done. They look really good... then again, I'm pretty obsessed with deathnote, so that would be why. :D It sounds like they are a little different from the original story.
