For fundraising in my club we are doing a Host Club event [yes, like Ouran Koukou!] and we're going to serve/sell snacks. Does anyone have any good recipes for snacks that are cheap and easy to make? And that possibly don't require baking/cooking?? Because a lot of our members live in dorms or don't have baking supplies in their apartments, I'm looking for stuff that is fairly easy to make...
Also, what would you like to eat with a host? Something they can feed to you...? :D

you could do trail mix, that would be pretty easy. just get different bags of nuts, pretzels, raisins, and whatever else you want to throw in. no cooking needed!
rice crispy treats dont need baking, just a stove top or burner to melt the marshmallows and butter. you might be able to use the microwave, i dont know.

hehe, i don't recommend a microwave. We blew up a thing of marshmallows in child development class trying to make rice crispy treats for several angry children. They thought it was funny, I wasn't so amused :p

Empire biscuits are good because all you need is some pre bought or pre made round shortbread, join two of them together with jam and put some icing and a glace cherry on top.
They're yummy too :D
Also I suppose you could buy some fairy cakes (is it cupcakes in America?) and decorate them nicely.

thanks for the suggestions, guys! I really like the idea of rice krispy treats; will be looking into that. So far we'll be serving cookies, mochi, and kakigori..

Fruit salad cups: cheap, easy, quick, yummy.
Pre-made s'mores, with an enclosed card for heating instructions...always a hit.
Find a recipe for egg-free cookie dough (vegan recipe websites/books usually have it) to put in little containers! Everyone loves cookie dough. You'll have to keep it in a picnic cooler, though, or just on ice.
