ok, I was watching this the other night and absolutely love it. am I the only one?
I swear, i I ever go to Austria, I'm gonna sing and spin around on a mountain like Julie Andrews did!

I've seen that movie so many times. XD My mom loved it so she watched it a lot and I watched it with her. So yea, I liked it. ^^ I still become shocked when people don't know about that movie.

I love that movie! When i was 12 I was on top of a mountain in Austria and it never occurred to me to sing and do the twirly thing! I missed my one opportunity!

For some odd reason, Sound of Music was one of my fav. movies as a kid. I remember being out sick one day and watching it. Thinking back, I have no clue why I liked it so much. These days I appreciate it for the beautiful scenery and architecture in it. My family recently got an HD TV and ohmygosh, that movie came on one day and I could have just DIED, it looked so stunning. I felt like I was seriously in the Alps, or in Captain Von Trapp's huge mansion.
Next spring break I'm going on a trip to Tyrol, Bavaria, and Switzerland... I'm so psyched! The people who went on the trip last year said they got to visit the exact marketplace where bits of the Sound of Music was filmed. The part where they've just learned how to sing, and they're wearing matching curtain-made outfits haha.
