I found this ace Cable network the other day called colors, they even have the fruits Basket anime! But that's not what this is about, this is about a 1984 movie which has a young Jackie Chan as an ass kicking foodie kid on a skateboard!
It even has the best quote from a film ever, afte this dud in a mental hospital gives them some good advice they look shocked and the guy says "I'm in here because I'm crazy not stupid, stupid and crazy are two very different things."
