I work in an independent bookstore and read constantly so you'll probably catch me in this section quite often! :)

Dolls (All four; I was really glad to hear that someone else had read these, Vivien, because they are my favs and probably what got me into manga in the first place. I had the darndest time tracking them down though and eventually had to order them a really round about way from our shop!)
Lament of the Lamb (Full set, a really intriguing take on vampires, not to mention the incest!)
Fruits Basket (1-15, but I'm missing 2 and 5 because I read them from the library, I'm sure I'll buy them eventually!)
Bizenghast (1 and 2, mostly bought for the art, I was a bit disappointed in vol. 2)
Mark of the Succubus (1 and 2, local authors, but published by Tokyopop, I like supporting locals and the story is cute and well illustrated. Veril is :yum: !)
That's it for now, I don't buy a lot of manga 'cause it's pretty expensive, but here are a few other's I read from the library:

Wolf's Rain (definitely one of my fav. animes, but not so much on the manga!)

for a while i was really into Manga...but not so much anymore. I could read a whole book in a matter of minuites... and I think that's part of what turned me off. Pay ten dollars for something you finish in under 20 mins. Bah. Perhaps I should just spend a couple of hours in the book store and read the whole series and not pay for them.... he he he ;)

This is Natsumi Ando. I believe she also did zodiac p.i. and kitchen princess. This particular book is Crane, Turtle Kyoto Lyrical Romance. It has yet to be released in the u.s. :( Beautiful stuff hopefully to be released soon. I haven't even been able to find it in Japan. :( We're still looking there so we'll keep you posted if we find it! :)
My manga collection is very large, I think I'd be here for awhile if I tried to post it! Glad to see so many share this love though! ;)

I do that all the time, I read fruits basket volume 14 in the bookstore while my dad was shopping, but I regret not buying it 'cause I love Rin and this volume's pretty much all about her if I remember right. I do that more often now because I'd rather spend the money on clothes than manga. :)

My friend gave me two of the tokyopop contest things for my birthday (which are actually pretty good, they have short manga stories from americans)

I found out you can just get most manga from the library, so that's what I do. I don't even bother to buy them, all of the ones I have are at least from a year ago.

same here sunflower seed, i just get my manga from the library. especially ones like naruto where i only like a certain arc(zabuza and haku!! :D) and don't plan on reading the rest or buying just those volumes.

So maybe someday I can complete my collections, I just have to stop getting new series first! ;)
